Expanding on the fundamentals, Building Blocks of Math 2 introduces young learners to more complex mathematical ideas, including units of measurement, fractions, data and statistics, decimals, expressions and equations, geometry, geometric measurement, operations and whole numbers, ratios and proportions, and whole numbers. This engaging series uses narrative, with entertaining parodies of Alice in Wonderland and the Wizard of Oz, to make learning fun. Integrated math problems and “Show What You Know” sections with answer keys provide opportunities for practice and skill demonstration.
