Refunds and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Phoenix Educational Systems Inc. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.
1. Returns
You have [15] calendar days from the date you received it to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (typically 5-10 business days).
3. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at helpdesk@phoenixeducational.ph with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
