If you are a School Administrator, School Owner, or Parent purchasing on behalf of a minor or an institution, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the school or the minor to these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Phoenix Educational Systems Inc provides:

  • Physical Books: Curated library books for schools and individuals.
  • Digital Resources: E-books, digital libraries, and online learning materials.
  • B2B Solutions: Bulk procurement services for schools and educational institutions.

We reserve the right to update our catalog, remove items from sale, or modify the availability of digital resources at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

3.1 Pricing and Currency

All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed on the website are the final prices inclusive of any applicable discounts but exclude final shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: (Visa, Mastercard)
  • GCash: Mobile wallet payments.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for specific areas within the Philippines.

3.3 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Limit the quantity of any item purchased.
  • Verify the identity of the purchaser, especially for large bulk orders from schools.

3.4 COD Restrictions

Cash on Delivery (COD) is subject to a verification process. We reserve the right to:

  • Decline COD requests if the delivery address is in a high-risk area or if the order value exceeds a certain threshold.
  • Charge an additional COD handling fee (to be disclosed at checkout).
  • Cancel the order and return the package to us if the recipient refuses to pay or is unreachable upon delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the Philippines. Delivery times vary by location (e.g., Manila/Luzon vs. Visayas/Mindanao).

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days for Metro Manila; 5–14 business days for provincial areas.
  • Carrier: We use reputable local courier services (e.g., J&T, Ninja Van, LBC).

4.2 Risk of Loss

  • Physical Goods: Risk of loss or damage to physical books transfers to you (the customer or school) once the courier confirms delivery.
  • Digital Goods: Digital resources are licensed to you immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

4.3 Shipping Delays

Phoenix Educational Systems Inc is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs (if applicable), natural disasters, or force majeure events common in the Philippines (e.g., typhoons).

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

5.1 Physical Books

  • Defective Items: If a book arrives damaged, printed incorrectly, or with missing pages, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence. We will replace the item or refund the full amount.
  • Change of Mind: Returns for “change of mind” are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the book is in resalable condition (unopened, no writing, original packaging). The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

5.2 Digital Resources

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once the subscription is activated, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the subscription is inaccessible due to our fault.
  • Access Issues: If you encounter technical issues accessing digital content, our support team will assist you in resetting access.

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Credit Cards/GCash: 3–10 business days.
  • COD: Refunds will be issued via GCash or check upon receipt of the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Your Content: By uploading content or providing feedback, you grant Phoenix Educational Systems Inc a non-exclusive license to use such content for service improvement.
  • Our Content: All library books, digital resources, website design, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Phoenix Educational Systems Inc or its licensors.
  • License for Digital Resources: Purchasing a digital resource grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for educational purposes. You may not:
    • Resell, distribute, or share the access with other schools or individuals.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the digital files.
    • Use the content for commercial training outside the purchased scope without a separate license.

7. User Accounts and Data Privacy

7.1 Account Registration

To place orders or access digital libraries, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

7.2 Data Privacy Compliance (RA 10173)

Phoenix Educational Systems Inc complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

  • We collect personal data (names, addresses, payment details) solely for the purpose of processing orders and delivering services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
  • We do not guarantee that the educational content provided will result in specific academic outcomes (e.g., passing grades or exam success).

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the site to transmit viruses, malware, or spam.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases.
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to extract pricing or catalog data.
  • Resell our digital resources on other platforms or marketplaces.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
